spaghetti and sauerkraut

~2two Servings of, a 20 oz 600 ml cup

Cooking directions

In water~ add

  • Before water is boiling, add

    • Few shakes of salt(table salt) in water ~ help bring out the flavor and keep the noodles from sticking

    • Whole oregano (trade World)

    • parsley flakes (McCormick)

  • After the water is boiling, add

    • 3' Thin spaghetti (Barilla) ~ cook till ready to pour water out and then add sauerkraut

  • Before pouring out water, add

    • Sauerkraut ~

      • mixing together with spaghetti,

      • turn off burner,( aS, the idea is to wear up, not cook the sauerkraut)

      • then pour water out after a few mins

Just in pan ~ pour water out leaving spaghetti and sauerkraut

  • Then add

    • Butter (about Bigfork size, I also put food over the butter so it will be melted by the time I am ready to mix together; as that why you do this first after water is poured out)

    • Black pepper( around a few turns\shakes)

    • Parmesan cheese (so that cheese is able to little-seen in the meal)

  • Cut and add

    • mushrooms (2two while)

    • Garlic (3 small)

  • Mix together(doing the mixing in the pan is easier because it gets the same flavor through the whole meal)

    • You can mix in another bowl if like to add different flavors, the easiest way of finding other ways of flavors being able to mix together;
